MacAir Our Promise To You

Welcome to MacAir Air Conditioning about us information page. If you want to get to know us better, this is the page for you. All products we supply carry a manufacturer’s warranty. for a period specified by the manufacturer. It usually lasts 2 years on all units and 5 years on all parts. All services we provide carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. This means, should anything happen within the period, MacAir Aircons will repair or replace it at no cost to you. T’s & C’s Apply. We also will never charge you a call out fee. We don’t believe in having to charge our clients for a call out fee. What this means is, whether you call us out to do a quotation or you need a repair, we will not charge you a call out fee. We will simply charge you for the work we do. This also applies to our service level agreements in place for our 24-hour emergency service.
